Falcons' Bradlee Anae: Inks deal with Atlanta
    2h ago

Anae (undisclosed) has agreed to terms on a contract with the Falcons, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

This news comes less than 24 hours after Anae's tryout in Atlanta. His 2023 season came to an end early, as the Jets placed him on injured reserve nearly one year ago with an undisclosed injury presumably suffered during offseason workouts. The defensive end's addition to Atlanta's roster indicates his health is back up to par, so he will now compete for a role in the trenches.

Doaks has yet to play a snap in the NFL.

Rangers' Corey Seager: Homers in loss
    3m ago

Seager went 2-for-3 with a walk, a home run and two RBI in Friday's 4-2 loss the Rockies.

Seager launched a solo home run to lead off the sixth inning then walked with the bases loaded an inning later. He struggled through the first five weeks of the season -- perhaps attributable to missing much of spring training after undergoing hernia surgery in January -- and his batting average was .219 as of May 2. Since then, Seager has hit safely in six of seven games, going 9-for-28 (.321) with two home runs and seven RBI.

Pacers' Tyrese Haliburton: Shines in Game 3 victory
    1h ago

Haliburton closed Friday's 111-106 win over New York in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals with 35 points (14-26 FG, 6-16 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, seven assists, one block and two steals across 38 minutes.

The Pacers needed Haliburton to carry them offensively, and while Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner delivered impressive stat lines, Haliburton was the engine that kept the team going. This 35-point effort was a playoff-high mark during the current season, and he seems to be catching fire after surpassing the 30-point plateau in each of his last two appearances.

Pacers' Pascal Siakam: Goes for 26 points in Game 3 win
    1h ago

Siakam logged 26 points (9-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 7-9 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block across 31 minutes during Friday's 111-106 win over the Knicks in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Siakam was remarkably efficient during Friday's win, and even though Tyrese Haliburton grabbed most of the headlines with his 35-point effort, Siakam's impact on offense can't be overlooked. The star big man could be in line for another solid showing in Game 4 of the series Sunday, as the Knicks are extremely depleted in the frontcourt while missing key defensive contributors such as Mitchell Robinson (ankle) and OG Anunoby (hamstring).

  • Myles Turner IND C
Pacers' Myles Turner: Double-doubles, swats three shots
    1h ago

Turner notched 21 points (7-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and three blocks over 35 minutes during Friday's 111-106 victory over the Knicks in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Turner made his presence felt on both ends of the court Friday, tying his playoff-high mark in blocks while recording his first double-double of the current playoff run. The Pacers need Turner to continue making a two-way impact if they're going to turn things around in the series, especially considering how depleted the Knicks are in the frontcourt with Julius Randle (shoulder), Mitchell Robinson (ankle) and OG Anunoby (hamstring) all out for Game 4.

Knicks' Josh Hart: Pulls down 18 boards in Game 3 loss
    1h ago

Hart posted 10 points (4-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 18 rebounds, four assists and two steals over 43 minutes during Friday's 111-106 loss to Indiana in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Hart didn't do much on the offensive end of the court and barely reached double-digit figures, but as has been the case all year long, he made his presence felt on the glass. The 18 rebounds represented his best output in the current playoff run in that category, and it's worth noting he's grabbed double-digit boards in all but two of his nine playoff appearances. He's averaging 17.1 points and 13.3 rebounds per game in the current postseason run.

  • Donte DiVincenzo NY SG
Knicks' Donte DiVincenzo: Explodes for 35 points in loss
    1h ago

DiVincenzo ended Friday's 111-106 loss to the Pacers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals with 35 points (12-26 FG, 7-11 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 44 minutes.

Jalen Brunson wasn't at his best Friday, but DiVincenzo came through and carried the Knicks offensively with a career playoff-high scoring performance, although New York came up short and couldn't go up 3-0 in the series. DiVincenzo has been forced to embrace a bigger role on offense with several key contributors sidelined, but he's delivered so far, and he should be in line for another prominent role in Game 4 with names such as Julius Randle (shoulder), OG Anunoby (hamstring) and Bojan Bogdanovic (foot) all out.

Knicks' Jalen Brunson: Struggles with shot in Game 3
    2h ago

Brunson supplied 26 points (10-26 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-7 FT), six assists and one steal over 38 minutes during Friday's 111-106 loss to the Pacers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Brunson's final stat line looks decent overall, but the fact that he needed 26 shots to score 26 points can't be overlooked. The star guard has been one of the league's best players during the current playoff run, and the Knicks need him to be more efficient ahead of a pivotal Game 4 on Sunday. This was just a bump on the road for Brunson, however, as he's shooting 50 percent from the field while averaging 32.7 points per game so far in the series.

Chytil was on the ice for 12:02 minutes in Game 3, his first appearance since early November. There's a chance the Rangers hold him out Saturday, due to the 24-year-old center's extended absence, which would allow Matt Rempe to slot back into the lineup.
